RETURNS POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or if it is faulty, wrong size or style simply return the item/s to us in their original condition unworn, unwashed and with all tags within 14 days of receipt.

RETURNS FOR REFUND
Please post your purchase to the address below. You must include the receipt and returns/exchange form with your goods and indicate the reason for your return.  Refunds will be credited to you by post and cheque, excluding original delivery/postage charges. (There is a $30 bank surcharge if you would like your payment refunded to your credit or bank card)

RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE
Items can only be exchanged for an alternate size, colour or the original style purchased or for an item of the same value.  Please print and fill out a returns/exchange form and send it with the returned/exchanged item/s.  Should you wish to exchange please enclose with your goods a postage paid, self addressed bag sufficient to return your purchase to you.  Should stock no longer be available to exchange for colour, size or an item of same value a refund will be made.
